CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect the time reserved for each guest, Simply Skin Esthetics requires 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 25% late cancellation fee. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. • Standing appointments cancelled three times consecutively will be moved back to standard booking. I understand that life happens, so each guest is allowed one grace cancellation.
